Hi Lisa, Sometimes that happens to me too. Don't worry, you did nothing wrong. What you have to do is save the file, even though it appears there's nothing there. It's actually there, but sometimes the BN winn't show it to you online like that. I don't know why. Press SPACE with S, and choose a destination where to save it. When you open the file from the Book Reader or Word Processor, it'll all be there. By the way, that address isn't a link. It just appears at the top because it's the title of that page, and it lets you know where you should be. Sometimes when you advance through it, the book will appear, and sometimes it won't, but it's always there. So the bottom line is to save it with SPACE with S and then open it in KeyWord or KeyBook, and it'll always be there. I tend to open it in KeyBook, so I can't accidentally edit it, but it doesn't really matter where you open it. HTH. Maria
