Hi, Dean. I don't have any cards in the braille note at all. Since I have
the 48 mb flash installed, I just keep everything on there and back up once
a week.
I would guess I probably get somewhere around ten hours or less. I have no
way of telling. If I bring up the support page and press L, I am told
there is no information about the last discharge.
Just using my unit today from a full charge this morning, probably two to
two and a half hours, I am down to 79 percent. If I use it each day for
about half an hour, I will be ready to charge it by next weekend some time.
If the last discharge feature does not work on the braille note qt, how
does one determine how much time one gets between charges?
Is there some other method?
Could I have gotten a bad battery?

Hi Paul,
Due to the functionality on the BrailleNote, there will always be a gradual
draining on the battery, even when your BrailleNote is switched off.
Leaving cards in the PCMCIA or flash card slot, will, depending on the type
of card, result in battery charge being lost at a quicker rate as well.
Therefore, you may not always get your 20 hours from the BrailleNote.
