>Hi all.
Hi Jonathan,
>
>I'm back once again to do more market research so we can make sure that
>what we do in the future meets your requirements.
This is great. Keep it up, it can only serve to improve the overall
performance of the BN/VN.
>
>This time I'd be grateful for your thoughts on KeyPlan, our planner
>application in KeySoft.
>
>Here are some things on which I'd like to get your feedback.
>
>1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each
>week?
I would have sometimes three to four appointments per day, as I run a small
business. At the moment, the planner is nowhere near up to the job, so
therefore, I don't have a planner which I could send you, since I use
currently more capable devices.
>
>2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
>retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?
Usually, I retain it, but I would like to see a user-definable amount of
time by which past appointments could be deleted automatically as an option.
>
>3. Do you keep planners from previous years?
Absolutely.
>
>4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the
>Planner in future.
Recurring appointments for a start. But not just the obvious ones, daily,
monthly, yearly etc, I would like to see every number of days, for example
28 days, every 3rd Wednesday etc. There is a heck of a lot more you could
do with the planner. I would also like to see an option for example,
whereby, if you had anniversary type appointments, such as birthdays, you
could have a user-definable number of days' warning before the
appointment. Another type of recurring appoingment I would like to see is
working days, with an option to specify your starting and ending working
day. Finally, I would like to see a last day of the month appointment,
regardless as to which the last day is. For example, February can have 28
or 29 days, October has 31. I would like the BN to work out the last day
of each month, regardless of the day number.
OK, a lot of things, but I am not asking the impossible, since I already
have a planner that does all this <Smile..

>And finally, if you think you have an exceptionally busy planner, and don't
>mind sharing it with us in the strictest confidence, please feel free to
>forward your planner file to Dean Jackson at [EMAIL PROTECTED] The more
>appointments you have, the better. If you have multiple appointments every

>see.
As I said earlier, I can't do this unfortunately, since the planner is not
yet capable enough for my busy life <Smile>. But I really do hope these
comments do go some way to help us improve it.
Again Jonathan, thank you very much for asking us these questions, and
listening to all the feedback, it certainly is appreciated.
All the best
