I could be completely wrong about this, but it seems like those who purchased a BrailleNote within the past 6 months to a year have had more problems than those who have older units. My BrailleNote is almost 4 years old and I have not had a single problem with it. I wonder if something in the production process has changed over the last few years? Lisa
