What you describe regarding your email problem sounds like the same thing I've 
experienced a few times.

It sounds as though you got an email which had a corrupted header.  This 
happens from time to time and there's relatively little that can be done about 
it since 
the corruption usually occurs somewhere in the transmission process over the 
net.  

Keymail does seem to have a problem with some of these corruptions where most 
pc email programs won't.  But, I've even seen my email program refuse to 
download a corupted message.  

It's probably a one-time thing actually.  I think Humanware is trying to deal 
with these random corruption issues, but they're really hard to anticipate.

I've even had to call my provider tech support to have them clear a corrupted 
message from my mailbox a time or two when I didn't have any access to web 
email.
