I am a client of the Kentucky Department for the blind, but they are
paying for me to go tho the Colorado Center for the Blind ($3500 per
month) for three months (possibly more I hope) and I don't think that
they will spend any more money on me. They say that they hve spent
$90,000 on me (including 5 1/2 years of college). Thus I am trying to
find other funding sources.

you could trade in your VN for a BN.
