Hi Richard:

I suppose I should briefly mention that the url structure for downloaded 
magazines can be worked in much the same way.  The URL's for magazines have 
tacked on to them a two-letter abbreviation for the magazine, followed by some 
semblance of the date of the issue, followed by the letter for the volume.  For 
instance, a URL for an issue of Rolling Stone could look like:
www.loc.gov/nls/braille/mags/rs/e0504a.brf
where the first e is really an indication of May (e being the fifth letter of 
the alphabet and May being the fifth month), and RS being the two-letter 
abbreviation for Rolling Stone.

So, again, you can operate these URL's in much the same way, by pressing space 
with e (escape) to display the address bar, navigating to the changeable 
letter, and changing it from a to b to c or whatever needs to be done.
