all the upgrades had to have 6.11 put on them. That takes time. Think before you talk.

Subject: [Braillenote] More Run Around from Pulse Data in California

Hello: Just spoke to a sales person and the California Sales manager and
got a totally different story than I did back in March. Now they tell me
they just started shipping about 2 weeks ago. When I spoke to someone back in March they said they were beginning to ship about 200 a week. I demanded that a clear and concise message come from Pulsedata to this list as well as all their customers email addresses explaining what is going on and I wanted it done within 24 hours. I basically got the company line which stated all
of those types of messages must come from New Zealand. I expressed my
total frustration with the way things were handled and the lack of
information that is coming to the users. Pulse Data has created this
Braille note list as well as they have the email addresses of each of their
customers but still nothing comes out of Pulse data. We just want to be
informed clearly and concisely. I believe we as customers have that right
since we pay our money for the product and should be informed of any delay
as well as when items are being shipped.
