I find if I leave my speech at a fast rate and I turn the volume down to its 
lowest level, it is merely babble to me.  My battery wasn't on full charge when 
I started the process and I think it was at 23 percent but I have been using my 
unit rather heavily anyway so I'd say I got the battery calibrated.  My unit 
says the gage is accurate! I think the best way to keep a good calibration is 
to use your unit heavily if possible.  This isn't hard to do when using a 
wireless card.
