Well I found that the voicenote's gate is way way off. But if you plug it in for 4 or 5 hours then it's ok. But it says 95% after about an hour and it says tricle charging at 96% when it shouldn't. It's the gage not the battery.

Will this work?
charge 5:00 pm--to about 7:00 AM

Braille vibration 7:00 Am to about 5:00 pm
Then charge the next night and have full useage of the battery.

Thanks Terry Powers

Terry, it usually takes about 15 hours to discharge the battery. After you do that, you can plug it in. If you need to use it, you still can, but let it have a chance to charge some. When you're at Main Menu, press O chord or
(function with O, then Space with I, (read with I, then X like you'd be
exercising the Braille display.

Rhonda;
How many hours does it take for the whole process and can I use braille
instead of speach so I will not disterb others?
I was thinking of charging it over night, at work, and with the braille
display, let it run down at my desk. It looks like I would have to charge
it
again to get usage of the battery. This will be my first time, so I want
to
be sure and do it right.

Josh:

A battery will run about 20 hours before going flat. If the battery gets
down to about 10"%, you have approximately 2 hours of battery usage. If
your battery is critical, you have approximately 30 seconds so make sure
you
go back to Main Menu so no data is lost.
Discharge your battery every so often. You should calibrate every two to
three months. It doesn't help the battery, but it keeps the gauge
accurate.
1. Fully charge up the battery.
2. Unplug AC Adapter.
3. Press Space with O (Function with O), then Space with dots 2-4 (Read
with I).
4. Press the letter F. You will see, "I'm talking until my battery goes
flat. This repetition is enough to drive me crazy. How about you?
5. If you are wanting to exercise your Braille Display, just press X.
When your machine shuts off, plug your AC Adapter back in.
