Hi Terri, Just a notion here. But the only time I have experienced "lost clusters" was just before my battery replacement. At that time I attributed the mishap to the fact that I had drained the very last dregs from my battery, having had it for about 2 and a half years, but upon reflection, I think there might have been another cause. Prior to the data loss, I had used the "move" files command, extensively, in an attempt to house-clean my storage card, which had about 400 books, all in the wrong folders. I have the feeling that the "move" command has some issues and will, in future, only use "copy" and "delete". Just a thought, Sandy.
