Sherry: I too like jaws, but have noticed the lack of integrity when it comes to the employees and customer service at FS. I've always liked Pulse Data's customer service and tech support. They don't make you feel like they're going for your last dollar or want you off the phone as fast as possible. I however am looking at this merger as a good thing for now, especially sense the BN and Trekker compete against each other. I'm hoping the bonuses of each product will be combined to make an even better product. As for price gouging, which is when prices sor, I'm just hoping maybe they can come down cause we pay through the nose as it is. Jonathan, I am always nervous about mergers, be they in access technology or in the ordinary market place. Usually, the customer is the one who gets royally screwed in these ventures. Freedom Scientific is such an example in the access tech field. I'm not normally a FS basher, because I happen to like Jaws, but customer service went down the tank after all those previously independent companies merged to become freedom Scientific. I await events in this new merger with great trepidation. I'm not automatically assuming bad things, just holding my breath. I guess that's probably a natural way to feel.
