Hi,  you're point about product bashing is excellent, but the relevance here
is that after the companies merged to form FS, the customer service became
very difficult; people are justifiably nervous about a similar thing
happening with HumanWare - though, knowing the current people with them, it
seems unlikely they'll go the same route.

  I believe we need to be a little more careful when it comes to talking
about other products.  I believe both places have good products.  I don't
know that it's necessary to discuss Freedom Scientific, unless it's to ask
questions about what one may do.  Putting down another company doesn't gain
much.
