Hi, you're point about product bashing is excellent, but the relevance here is that after the companies merged to form FS, the customer service became very difficult; people are justifiably nervous about a similar thing happening with HumanWare - though, knowing the current people with them, it seems unlikely they'll go the same route. with hopes for best, kat
