I have a question for Humanware. I received a call from a teacher who is assisting a student in upgrading his Braillenote. They attempted to do the upgrade, and apparently, it would not run. My initial feeling is that the reason for this is they do not have a product key installed. Is the product key not shipped with the upgrade? Is it only available as a download? And, if this is in fact the case, what provisions are in place for individuals who do not have Internet access? Thanks.

They said they don't have anymore for awhile, so I'll just wait until they do and order again. I know Humanware is definitely working hard on a fix, so I look forward to the finished product. I believe Humanware makes a fine product, I do not believe they have handled this upgrade very well, however. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Isaac Obie Sent: Tuesday, March 15, 2005 2:05 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: Re: [Braillenote]Upgrades Richard, What can I say? You're correct! this is no way to run an airline! Is this why I am seeing more people trying to unload their braillenotes and voicenotes?
