Hello Rose, I recently purchased a PK, and a BT18 2 years ago. I'm in the poor house, but am using them both full time with work and play. Most of the problems I've had are do to my lack of knowledge about the functions on both machines. The truth is that these products are perfect for my needs at this point in time. David
