We adjust the brew pressures before they are sent out. We put in a portafilter
with a blind filter basket and then turn on the pump. We then set the pressure
to 10 bar using the screw on the OPV. At this setting you will get about 8.5
bar pressure with a flow of 2 ounces in 25 seconds. So before you make any
adjustments to the brew pressure make sure you get your grind right.

My screw looks like it's metal, and is located on the front of the machine,
lower right corner, once you've removed the drip tray. Sound right? I do
tamp to 30lbs. I'll use the blind PF to set the pressure, thanks for that
info!
