Congratulations. As to the grinder I started with a Rocky, moved to a Mini and recently moved to a Cimbali Max Hybrid. I use my Mini as a dedicated brew coffee grinder and the Hybrid for espresso. The Hybrid yields a much better espresso than the Mini. However it is a pain to change the grind settings on the Hybrid. If I were to have only one grinder I think I might choose the Mini over the Hybrid just for that reason. However if one is looking for an espresso grinder the Hybrid wins hands down over the Mini.
