Hi, An update on my BIII-Rotary. It developed a leaky pressure relief valve, the pump would occasionaly turn on at start up with not flow shutting off when I lift the back of the machine and finally the rotary pump freezes up every so many lever actuations but immediately recovers on the next acuation. I've had the machine since January and use it every day. The first machine I got had a leak and WLL replaced it no questions asked.
It is plumbed in using a commercial water softener from Chris Coffee and an operating line pressure of ~25-30 psi. On weekends I turn it on Friday afternoon and leave it on till Monday am. I love the machine and the shots I consistently produce using it. The Todd and the folks at WLL have been great. Though I was hoping to have a little longer than 6 months before issues set in. I am sending it back for service. I will keep you posted.
