A wire does not fail like this UNLESS it is flexed severely, at a
point where during manufacture, the machine or bozo who stripped the
outer back jacket away was so hungover that he / she cut into the
inner jacket and conductor.

This cable should never have made it into any machine -- whatsoever.
How many others are there out there?


This is 120 or 240 volts we are working with here, folks.  Fire, shock
hazard, you name it.

This is NOT my picture,  It has been up since April.  with a minimum
of comment.
