Bobcat, check with Chris , but I think the Vivaldi 4 hole tip is a different thread, and their adapter won't work . I am going to try out a tip from Taiwan that is modeled after the Isomac, but with three small holes. However, I only steam about 4 oz milk, so a bigger tip might be too frisky for that - just playing. So far, my fav is the Gold Pro 2 hole.
