Troll, You can definitely raise your steam pressure. Find the pressurestat
mounted on the U shaped tube with three wires going to it. On top will be a
disc to turn your pressure up or down. Set it to 1.2 bar or 1.3 bar when it
shuts off on the high end.

Subject: Steaming & Brew Pressure with my new B-III

I'm enjoying my new BIII but was hoping you guys might be able to help me
with the steaming process.

First of all I should state that my steam pressure gauge reads 0.8 bars.
Once I start steaming the red light turns on and the gauge drops to about
0.7 bars. Isn't this alittle low? If so, what pressure 'should' I be at?
Once I finish steaming the red light goes out. I assume this is normal?

On another note, when brewing espresso, the gauge ramps up to 11 bars. I'd
like to experiment alittle and try to bring this down to around 9.5 bars or
so. How would I go about doing this? Are there any step-by-step guides out
there?

Thanks for the help.
