When I have the time I'll open her up and make the adjustments to the steam and brew pressure. I'll be sure to report back to you guys. Also, when making changes to the brew pressure, I've read that I should make the adjustment using the blind filter. I was told a reading of 10.5 bars with the blind filter will get me to around 9.5 bars of brew pressure. Is that correct?
