Todd & Doc, Thanks again for the advice and the assistance. I put in a new P-stat and did a full tear-down/cleaning of the E61 group. It's been 2 weeks since and things are still running normal, so I am pretty confident that your assessments were correct. FYI...I replaced the P-stat with a Jaeger (which is not sold by WLL). Many thanks to the staff for the re-direct to other vendors who did carry the part.
