Given the day, I thought I should probably try a new take on an old classic, 
and the result?  Irish Espresso.

2 sugar cubes in the bottom of a glass, add 1 1/2 ounces of Bushmill's or 
Jameson.  Pull a full double into the glass.  Steam up some 1/2 and 1/2 or 
cream, layer onto the espresso/whiskey mix for presentation.  Stir and 
yummmmmm......
