I have been using the VST 18g ridged basket for a few months - it's worked really well with the beans I get from a local roaster here in northern Iowa as well as others I have tried. I have never used the triple basket that came with my naked pf - just the Expobar double and now the VST. I also use a Kill-A-Watt GT P4480 (Graphic Timer). Got it on Amazon for around $40. I had issues at first with it overloading and shutting off. But it's been solid and reliable for 3+ months now. On at 6am, off at 10pm daily. Sometimes I take it out of timer mode when entertaining guests late at night - espresso martinis, etc. I like seeing how many kWH I burn through as well. I've used 143kWH in 106 days. Around $11 US worth of power where I live (7-8 cents a kWH).
