Hi Todd There have been no modifications to the machine.
It has worked perfectly fine for the past 2-3yrs and then over the past month or so this fault has developed. At first I thought there might be a loose connection inside the machine or a corroded spade connector, but all seems fine and as should be. My thinking is that there is (if there even is inside the control unit or PID) a switch or capacitor that is on its way out.
