Hi folks - anyone comment on success with frothing 2% milk?  It is all I 
generally have in the house, and when the GF wants coffee she always wants 
about 14 ounces of milk on her double shot (sigh).  I sure do love to keep 
her happy, though :)

I put the milk in the freezer until there is a tiny ring of ice around the 
top, which according to the prophecies allows the milk to steam longer 
without hitting scald point.  But 2% just doesn't seem to froth, and I 
don't know if this is a tip issue or a milk issue.
