Sorry to hear about that Lisa. I agree that such a pricey machine should last 
much longer. I have a B2, and it's now about 6 years old I think. I run it on a 
timer and it's on every day for about 12 hours. I've only ever replaced the 
vibe pumps, and eventually switched it out to PID and rotary. Seems like I had 
a water line leak once too, but don't recall.
I hope WLL changes their stance for you. I can't conceive of a situation where 
an element should fail in under two years. Have you spoken to Todd yet?  If 
not, you should. I'm pretty sure he'll try to make it right.
