there are 5 screws on the outer cover. once that's removed you have to take the inner cover off. 4 screws i think. after that you have to take the connections off at the pump. and the 2, i think, screws out of the pump. be sure to unplug it before you start and let it cool down. also be careful. the first time i did it i broke off the connector on the boiler and had to solder a new one on.
