Did yours come with a cool wand Bruce? When I got my one it had a standard "hot" wand, I used it for a while and then got tired of having to clean burnt milk of it all the time and decided to try swop over my cool wand of my old wand.
Was pretty easy to swop over and there was no noticeable difference in steaming performance either. Interested to know what your steaming performance is like with 250ml of room temp water.
