Hi guys, I recently bought a Brewtus I that I suspected needed a new temperature probe, and I had a spare of the model I replaced my old Brewtus II sensor with. Are they the same sensor? Unfortunately it seems the heating element of the steam boiler did not survive the trip (flipping the outlet mid heating), so I followed another user's instruction and flipped two wires on the pressurestat to trick it into heating the brew boiler. But weirdly, the brew temp display is going higher than what I have set and eventually showing "_ _". Does anyone know why the machine would heat too high, and what I could do about it?
People on this group replace their heating elements in the field, right? I figure I'll just need to find the right size impact wrench and socket. Thanks a mil for your help guys, Ben -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
