Remind me monday and I'll see what my cost for the parts is. I get wholesale at the local espresso parts supplier and it's quite astonishing the markup some of the internet places get. If it's 10 years old you should probably replace everything but as I recall it's not that much money and it's certainly not difficult. You just need wrenches for the big nut on top and the big nut on the bottom. Tape before wrench helps prevent scratches. Luckily, I already owned the proper tools.
