Your water level could be too high, will result in a wetter steam.

Drop the level down a bit by pushing the sensor in, this will result in the
pump stopping sooner when adding water into the tank.

Is it possible that the sensor was moved out slightly?

The sensor is a steel rod with a connector on the top stick out the top of
the steam boiler, has a seal on it so it shouldn't be able to move in/out
very easily.
