The new Jaeger PressureStat arrived from ChrisCoffee today. Took all of ten minutes to install.
My Brewtus II is back in business, as good as ever. I home roast, but I'd already ordered and received five pounds of Red Bird Espresso to celebrate the anticipated and now confirmed repair of my Brewtus. Red Bird Coffee is a small, one-man artisan roasterie in Bozeman, Montana. The guy is a master roaster, and his beans are right up there with the best I've ever had. I haven't yet swapped out the home roast in my Vario yet, but I'm looking forward to some superb cappuccinos this week.
