I know that my B2 has the female thread. Couldn’t say for B3 or B4 but Todd 
would of course know.

When you first install the adapter, use a rubber can opener or similar with 
some pliers and a gentle touch. It has very few threads, so it will rearrange 
the threads on the wand and then will be an easy change with your fingers going 
forward. Same goes for the original brewtus tips. Though I have to say, once I 
had that adapter and the myriad tips available, I never used my brewtus tips 
again.
