Well, first off, grind finer, you might be surprised by the results. Sadly, it's likely a clogged gicleur or maybe a leaky one way valve in the pump and it will just get worse until it clogs completely. the gicleur is under the cap at the top of the group which can be easily removed with the proper sized socket.
