That’s the vacuum breaker. It’s normal for it to spurt/hiss a bit during 
warmup, but if it’s still leaking after getting to temp, it is dirty or stuck 
and needs to be cleaned. Possibly needs a new o-ring as well.  Both are very 
easy to do; just remove the top nut with the hole, and you’ll see pretty 
quickly what to do.
