Here is where the leaks seem to be coming from:
For the top fitting in the picture the drop emerges from between the jam bolt and the silver T fitting. For the bottom fitting the drop emerges from between the jam bolt and the brass fitting (not the silver T fitting). I don’t know if it’s pipe thread, gaskets or sealing surfaces. There aren’t any gaskets at those fittings and I did not put any sealant or PTFE tape there.
