hi Brewtus experts,

so my b3 brew heating element is dead. It started a few days ago with the
machine making a few popping/burbling sounds coming from what it seemed
like the front. It eventually stopped heating. I opened it and after a
quick diagnostic (it receives 110v, no heat, 0 ohm with the wires
disconnected) it looks like it died.

The question is now why did it die ? Just old age ? I've had the machine
for about 3 years and it's probably about 7-8 yrs old. Is it possible the
autofill/water sensor has a problem as well ? Should I just replace that to
be sure or is there a way to test it ?

I'm also not sure how to empty the water when removing the heating element.
Already got socket, extension and a pretty beefy impact wrench..

thanks for any insight !
