I think your maintanance list is a bit over the top. The machine is easy to work on. I backflush and boil portafilter with cafiza every month or so. I suppose frequency depends on beans and use. Im still using my original screen.
After all these years im guessing something breaks On my machine every 2 years or so. The plastic turns to dust its not anything maintanance can prevent. One of the best upgrades was the silicon portafilter gasket.
