Surprised nobody's responded - assuming that this is a vibratory pump &
there's no loud noises on power on. Suspect either that the pump's internal
contacts are frozen shut, there's no AC voltage getting to the pump, or
it's coil(s) are burnt out.

If you're up for pulling the cover, the rude & crude hack is to plug it
back in, flip the Brew lever to full 'up' - and with something
[NON-METALLIC] like a wooden spoon or cooking chopstick reach in from the
pump side and give the pump a few good THWACKS from various angles - a
rubber or plastic mallet does well on the back end of your striker.

With luck your stuck contacts wake up and all is well. With poor luck,
you'll know to unplug & check the AC leads, and you'll see what it takes to
pull & replace the pump.

Cheers
