Bruce- finally got around to swapping the high limit switches (didn’t realize
they also doubled as thermostats). The steam light turned on and the steam
boiler is functional!

Interestingly after I swapped the high limit switches the boiler temperature
was not going up on the PID. I had to again reset the high limit switch that
originally came from the steam boiler and then the brew boiler began showing an
increase in water temp. So looks like you were spot on for recommending I look
Into the high limit switch! I’m going to order a replacemeI’m going to order a
replacement I limit switch since the one that I just swapped is already over 10
years old. Thank you again for you help I was about to give up hope on ever
having a latte again :)
