Brewcrew, The gauge on my Brewtus IV has always been a bit off. When warm and idle it reads about 3 bars. When pulling it reads about 8 then ramps to about 10. I’ve not been too worried about the actual pressure because, based on shot time and shot quality, it all seemed ok. Maybe I’ve been wrong the whole time but recently the pressure has really dropped closer to 5-6 with no ramp up during the pull.
I guess it’s time to address the gauge and the pump, pressure stat, or what ever is controlling the brew pressure. Any advice would be most welcome!
