Apparently those "reasonable people" don't include Pat Buchanan himself, who 
said the other day that he most likely got a lot of votes intended for Gore 
in Palm Beach County. (In fairness, Buchanan also said those votes are still 
his now).

Bush claims that Palm Beach is a Buchanan stronghold are "nonsense," 
according to Buchanan's statewide coordinator and the chairman of the county 
Reform Party. See
