That would depend on a number of factors, including what a given woman was
doing and what her cup size was.

Someone with a "D" cup who was doing something that involved a lot of
rotation of the body might very well want a bra to keep breasts from going
too far east when her arms were going west, while someone with a "B" cup
that wasn't doing anything that might cause a lot of wiggle could probably
be quite comfortable without.

I'd want a good bra on launch, myself -- my breasts have a tendency to
slide toward my armpits when I'm on my back, and it would be *really*
nasty at, say, 3G, so I think I'd just be a lot happier with something to
hold things firmly in place at that time.  Actually in space, it would
depend on what I'd be doing.  Maybe wear one part of the time and do
without the rest of the time.
