I'll send you a conversion table. :o) It's easy peasy. Alternatively, get a
UK measuring jug and kitchen scales... :o)

Simple ones:

2.2 pounds = 1 kg
1.85 pints = 1 litre (hence I'm NOT happy with one of the local pubs selling
beer at pint prices in half-litre glasses....)
one ounce = 28 grams.
