Probably no help, but what I do at home and at work is support my entire
forearm, elbow to wrist. At home I pull out the drawer on the right side of
my desk, place some books on it and sometimes a piece of foam or a folded
towel as well. Crude but effective. I used to play Decent for hours at a time
and this required rather intese use of the mouse. Until I adopted the above
method of support I had problems.
