I'm reading a book of short stories (1982-1995) from Dan Simmons : 'Le Styx
coule l'envers' Denol (Prsence du Futur) ; ISBN : 220725089X (this very
gathering not published in English to my knowledge)

I've just finished 'Les Libertines' ISBN : 2842280873, An anthology of
'sulfurous' writings made only by women from all the history : Sappho (the
greek poetress), Hlose (of Ablard and Hlose), Thrse of Avila, Rene
Dunan etc. A must read for who wants to try to understand the woman
way(TM). The Rene Dunan tale is available in English (ISBN: 0964873621)

For the near future, I plan to reread Barjavel (I've bought the complete
Anthology ISBN : 2258001390) This excellent SF writer (yes i'm biased) is
the author, among other, of La nuit des Temps (silly english title: The
Ice People). If you want to try what French SF is, read this one, it's out
of print but I've seen it on the second hand market.
