There was a recent episode where the mother ship got mad at the
Taelons for straying from the original mission it was programmed
for. It recruited a "Phantom of the Opera"-esque human to do
something about it. We never really heard directly from the ship,
though, only through the human in contact with it.

Actually, I get the impression that organic ships are unusual in
the Farscape universe. The Leviathans are the only ones I can
think of that are obviously organic. In fact, one of the show's
big plot points is the breeding of a Leviathan with weapons, so
presumably Peacekeepers' regular warships are not organic.
