You claim that every soldier that dies in a war "gave his life". But what 
about the soldiers that died in a war while not involved in combat? Say, a 
soldier that died because he contracted some deadly disease, or died in a 
car accident? Did they "give their life" too? If they did, for whom did 
they "give their life"? Their own country doesn't benefit from it, nor does 
the country where that soldier was sent to.
